Winteriscalling.com has a 7 day return policy or up 14 days to exchange or get store credit policy **. If you made a purchase and would like to return/exchange it, you can either bring it back to our brick and mortar location, Zimmermanns Skis, Boards & More in Nashua, NH or just follow these easy steps below:
- Contact us with a copy of your Order Number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number
- Package your order, write the RA Number in Sharpie on the outside of the box, and send the package back to us at 314 Daniel Webster Hwy Nashua, NH 03060 (Customers are responsible for the shipping and packaging costs of their returns)
- Once your item(s) get back to us we will notify you and refund your card
- All skis, snowboards, boots, and bindings will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
If you ordered the wrong size and want to exchange for a different size, just place a second order for the correct item, and then follow the same steps above to return the original purchase.

- Items must be UNUSED and in their original condition and packaging, free from hair, dirt, debris and smell.
- Customers have up to 7 days from the date of arrival to acquire an RA Number and return the item for money back.
- Customers have up to 14 days from the date of arrival to acquire an RA Number and return item for store credit or exchange.
- All skis, snowboards, bindings, and boots are subject to 15% restocking fee.
- Refunds can take several business days to process, if you do not see a refund you are expecting after 7 business days, please call us so we can look into the issue and make sure it is taken care of for you
